- Your reusable Renter Passport profile
There are no hidden fees, add-ons, or surprise charges.
Apply to Unlimited Properties
Once you've paid and completed your profile, you can apply to as many Clara properties as you want for 30 days at no additional cost. Unlike traditional applications where you might pay $30-50 per property, Clara lets you pay once and apply everywhere.
When Do I Pay?
You'll pay the $49 fee when you're ready to submit your first application. You can start building your profile for free — payment is only required at submission.
Roommates and Guarantors
Each person on the application pays their own $49 fee and submits through their own Clara account. This includes roommates, co-applicants, and guarantors. Each person receives their own individually verified profile.
